Upon Rawlinsons letting a tender, we will provide a tender evaluation and recommend the most suitable contractor and tender offer. The services we provide beyond this point in a project are equally as important as the preliminary works undertaken. We will set up a reporting system that provides our client with real time project costing such that at any time a report can be generated that will allow the client to determine the estimated completion cost of that project.

Our reporting system will encompass all known adjustments to project tendered costs, all anticipated changes that have been discussed and a contingency allowance appropriate to the project that allows for unforeseen contract overruns.

Our contract administration services will also include the preparation of progress payment valuations and costs to complete statements. The negotiation and agreement of cost of contract variations form part of this post contract process also. Determination of the final account value with the other consultants and the contractor is the final act in the construction cost management phase, this is a process lead by Rawlinsons and concluded with our recommendation of a completion cost.
